By accessing or using SOLink ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SOLink is a decentralized, wallet-native messenger built on the Solana blockchain. By connecting your wallet and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

SOLink provides:

  • End-to-end encrypted messaging between Solana wallets
  • SOL transfer capabilities within conversations
  • Token security scanning powered by DFN Patrol
  • Push notifications for new messages
  • Encrypted backup and restore functionality

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use SOLink. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Wallet Security: Safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases. We never have access to your private keys.
  • Transactions: All SOL transfers you initiate through the Service. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
  • Content: All messages and content you send through the Service.
  • Compliance: Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use SOLink for:

  • Illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing
  • Harassment, abuse, or threats against other users
  • Distribution of malware, spam, or phishing attempts
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent security measures
  • Impersonating other individuals or entities
  • Any activity that violates the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

SOLink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SOLink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The source code is available on GitHub under an open-source license.

7. Third-Party Services

SOLink integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

  • Solana blockchain network
  • Phantom wallet for authentication
  • DFN Patrol for token security scanning
  • Cloudflare for infrastructure and delivery

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLink, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
